1. Distributor Role and Relationship

TGS LLC, doing business as Jaydemark, acts as a U.S.-based distributor for white-label skincare products manufactured by Nord Beauty through the Selfnamed platform. Jaydemark does not manufacture or formulate these products and is not involved in the research, testing, or regulatory filings conducted by the original manufacturer.

All products sold under the Jaydemark brand are manufactured in compliance with industry standards and certifications provided by Selfnamed and Nord Beauty.

2. Manufacturer Information

Manufacturer Name: Nord Beauty (as designated by Selfnamed)
Production Facility Certification:

  • ISO 22716:2007 Certified (Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics)

  • FDA-Registered Facility in accordance with U.S. cosmetic regulations

These certifications apply to the facility where products are produced. Jaydemark relies on the manufacturer’s representations and documentation for compliance.

3. Certifications and Regulatory Compliance

According to information publicly disclosed by Selfnamed:

  • ECOCERT / COSMOS Certification: Most products are COSMOS Natural or COSMOS Organic certified through ECOCERT Greenlife.

  • CPNP Registration (EU): Products are registered with the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) for sale within the European Union.

  • PIF Maintenance: A Product Information File (PIF) is maintained by Selfnamed/Nord Beauty for regulatory inspection in applicable markets.

  • FDA Compliance (U.S.): While the FDA does not approve cosmetics, all products are produced in FDA-registered facilities and adhere to labeling and safety practices mandated for cosmetics.

Jaydemark does not conduct independent certification but relies on documentation and assurances from the manufacturer.

4. Labeling and Ingredient Transparency

Jaydemark follows Selfnamed’s labeling requirements. All products are labeled:

  • With accurate ingredients provided by the manufacturer

  • Using the original product name, unless required to be changed in the U.S. (e.g., due to FDA restrictions)

Products sold in the U.S. may have different labels or names to remain compliant with FDA guidelines (e.g., changes to names referencing SPF, collagen, or active treatment ingredients).

5. GTINs and Branding

All GTINs (Global Trade Item Numbers) used on Jaydemark product listings are assigned by TGS LLC and are not provided by Selfnamed. These GTINs are used for:

  • Online and retail inventory management

  • Unique product identification under the Jaydemark brand

GTINs are associated with TGS LLC and reflect our role as the brand owner and distributor.

Jaydemark (TGS LLC) is not liable for any claims relating to product formulation, manufacturing processes, ingredient efficacy, or adverse effects. All such matters fall under the responsibility of the manufacturer (Nord Beauty) and Selfnamed.

Customers are advised to:

  • Perform a patch test prior to full use

  • Consult a healthcare professional if allergic reactions or sensitivities occur
